Kumo London provided specialist production support for the Fitbit Versa “Playground” commercial in London, operating as the on-the-ground production management partner. Working with Pull The Trigger and London Video Productions, we handled crew booking and logistics, camera kit rental liaison (ARRI Alexa Mini with Zeiss primes), call sheet scheduling and day-of set operations to keep creative moving on time and on budget.

Our fixer-style role covered location and unit logistics, child talent coordination and guardian communication, brand and safety compliance, and rapid turnarounds with reliable rental workflows. The result: steady, brand-safe delivery of lifestyle scenes for broadcast and online masters. This project shows how Kumo integrates smoothly with agency and production teams to de-risk delivery: practical, agile support when you need extra hands to keep a commercial shoot on the rails.

STRATEGIC INSIGHT

Our role was to be the stabilising force that lets creative move fast. We embedded with the lead production and agency teams to liaise with crew, provide kit and schedule pressures, clearing blockers early so the director and DOP could focus on performance and coverage.
